GemSeek is a leading customer experience provider that recently changed its market positioning and needed a website redesign to better communicate its new values. As a UX designer, I was tasked with leading the redesign of the GemSeek website to achieve the following goals:

•  Communicate the two new segmented positioning statements: "Leading healthcare insights provider" and "#1 Medallia partner"
•  Build credibility through content like case studies, awards, and partnerships

Style Guide

For the visual design, I chose a minimalist aesthetic with muted colors, ample white space, and clear typography. Imagery was carefully selected to convey trust and expertise. The homepage prominently featured logos of top clients.
